Carole attended a rally in the state Capitol Rotunda with fellow advocates and supporters to urge legislators to help improve legal sentences for sexually exploited children. Safe Harbor Bill SB #851, sponsored by Senators Stewart J. Greenleaf (R Montgomery/Bucks) and Senator Daylin Leach (D Montgomery) serves to protect and support, rather than prosecute and convict child victims of sexual exploitation.
