Les Garnas brings to the Board 40 years of business and financial management experience. His career spans 15 years working for Fortune 10 companies, in key roles involving national accounts sales, sales and department leadership, and corporate management leadership.
Varied corporate roles provided Les with the necessary insight for a successful 30-year career as founder and principal of his own consulting firm. Key projects included helping managements solve complex business problems at American Express, Johnson & Johnson, McGraw Hill, Eastman Kodak, BDO Seidman, Sherman & Sterling, Hughes Hubbard & Reed and others.
Working primarily in the United States, and also in the UK, Spain and The Netherlands, Les developed a reputation as being highly skilled in the art of one-to-one coaching, and motivation in the areas of sales, management leadership, strategic thinking, strategic planning and implementation, teamwork, relationship management, executive communications and the development and refinement of emotional intelligence and competence.
