The Honorable Marsha H. Neifield, President Judge of Philadelphia Municipal Court, accepted this Foundation’s invitation to join our Board of Directors. 

Judge Neifield was elected to the bench nearly 20 years ago, and has served as President Judge since 2009.  She received numerous honors for her tireless efforts in implementing courts which create alternatives to formal prosecution and conviction, in the areas of domestic violence, mental health, drug dealing, and commercial sex trafficking, and justice for Veterans offenders.
