We Stand with Ukraine

The senseless loss of thousands of civilian lives, women and children separated from families and each other, Ukrainian children being kidnapped and taken to Russia - each act is a disaster of epic proportions.

Citizens of countries all over the globe have rallied to support Ukraine, manifesting good will and love in a multitude of ways.

The attached video "Violinists Support Ukraine" was assembled in 48 hours. A British musician living in Los Angeles took to Instagram, resulting in responses from 94 musicians from 29 countries collaborating in harmonizing this Ukrainian folk melody. Many are renowned violinists - some from the London Symphony Orchestra, Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra, the entire violin section of Munich Chamber Orchestra. Some are lone fiddlers.

Music can reach millions of people with messages of hope, peace, and solidarity. "It seems like everyone is praying with their violins." (Kerenza Peacock, UK, organizer).
